个人简介

柏丹丹,博士,副研究员。高绍荣院士、刘文强教授团队成员。聚焦早期胚胎发育研究,主要利用表观组、代谢组、蛋白组等多组学技术解析植入前配子到胚胎转换到植入后围着床期的谱系发育与命运转变的调控机制。相关研究发表于 Nature Cell Biology, Cell Reports, Protein & Cell, Cell Research, Aging Cell等杂志,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目(C类)、国家自然科学基金面上项目,博士后面上项目(结题)。曾获得上海市“超级博士后”资助,国家资助博士后研究计划B档资助,博士后科研业绩评估考核二档资助,沈沁纪念奖优秀学者称号
