个人简介：

2013年于北京协和医学院获得博士学位。2013年至2016年，在同济大学从事博士后研究。2016年至2022年，在同济大学生命科学与技术学院先后任职助理研究员和副研究员。自2023年3月起被聘为同济大学生命科学与技术学院副教授。

研究方向：通过开发及应用高通量组学技术结合生物信息学分析，研究基因组激活过程中的转录调控机制。近年来主要研究成果包括：1）开发及优化了组学技术，在基因组尺度揭示了基因组转录激活的机制；2）对多组学数据进行整合，构建了一系列高通量组学数据库。相关研究成果发表在Genome Research、BMC Bioinformatics、BBA Gene Regulatory Mechanisms等权威学术期刊。授权国家发明专利一项。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、上海市自然科学基金项目各一项。
