个人简介:
2011年毕业于延边大学,获学士学位。2014年毕业于安徽大学(与中科院动物研究所联合培养),获理学硕士学位。2018年毕业于中国科学院大学中国科学院动物研究所,获理学博士学位。期间获国家留学基金委资助在内华达大学里诺医学院Dr. Qi Chen实验室进行联合培养。2018年至2021年作为引进人才就职于中国人民解放军陆军军医大学第二附属医院从事专职科研工作。2021年11月加入同济大学生命科学与技术学院,受聘同济大学“青年百人计划”A岗教授。
主要从事表观遗传学修饰及父系获得性遗传调控机制研究,发现精子tsRNA及其RNA修饰可作为一类新型表观遗传信息载体介导父系获得性代谢紊乱性状的代际遗传(2016,Science)。进一步阐明了Dnmt2作为关键基因通过调控RNA修饰参与了精子tsRNA介导的获得性遗传(2018,Nature Cell Biology),提出“精子RNA编码指纹”重编程子代健康的概念(2019,Nature Reviews Endocrinology)。此外,还建立了适用于tsRNA等复杂非编码小RNA的建库分析方法-PANDORA-Seq(2021,Nature Cell Biology),在前期发现tsRNA在血清(2014, JMCB)和精子中大量富集的基础上,进一步证明tsRNA在多种组织细胞中广泛富集,并发现tsRNA和rsRNA具有影响胚胎干细胞分化的功能(2021, Nature Cell Biology)。部分研究成果入选2016年“中国科学十大进展”及“中国生命科学领域十大进展”,获2019年“全国妇幼健康科学技术奖自然科学奖一等奖”。作为项目及课题负责人主持国家级科研项目3项,其中包括国家自然科学基金优青项目(2021-2024)、国家自然科学基金面上项目(2020-2024),国家重点研发计划“发育编程及其代谢调节”重点专项课题(2019-2024)。曾获得吴瑞奖、中科院院长特别奖、中国科学院大学BHPB Scholarship、中国科学院优秀博士毕业生、北京市普通高等学校优秀毕业生、入选中国科学院优秀博士学位论文等荣誉和奖励。
