个人简介:
1999年毕业于湖北师范大学,获学士学位。2002年毕业于华中师范大学,获硕士学位。2005年毕业于中科院水生生物研究所,获博士学位,期间获得中国科学院地奥一等奖学金。2005-2009在中科院上海生化细胞所进行博士后研究,,期间获得上海市博后基金、中科院王宽诚博后奖励基金,发现microRNA在Th17细胞分化、多发性硬化症(Multiple sclerosis, MS)发病中的重要调控功能,提示microRNA在MS的诊断及治疗中的潜在应用前景(Nat Immunology, 2009, 10: 1252-1259)。2009年11月进入同济大学生命科学与技术学院任副教授,2017年晋升教授并成立独立研究团队,任首席科学家,2021年兼聘同济医院脊柱脊髓损伤再生修复教育部重点实验室研究员。
课题组近年在MS发病机制中的代表性研究发现
(III、IV)血脑屏障受损及T细胞趋化、迁移、入侵中枢神经系统;(V、VI)神经系统Astrocyte及Microglia细胞激活分泌炎症因子;(VII)少突胶质细胞(Oligodendrocyte)受损及脱髓鞘。
