个人简介:
博士,现任同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授,博士生/硕士生导师。多年从事茶与食品生物技术领域的科研与教学工作。先后主持与参加国家自然科学基金,农业部转基因重大专项,上海市科委项目,国家973前期研究专项、863项目、科技支撑、十三五重点专项等多项课题,参编教材2部。曾获省级优秀青年科技创新奖、省级科学技术三等奖、中国茶叶学会优秀茶叶科技工作者等奖项。
研究方向:
1)微生物发酵与酶学:生物酶(茶氨酸合成同工酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶等)的微生物筛选、基因克隆、异源表达、结构解析、定向进化与合成调控。
2)茶与食品营养、安全与健康:茶与食品中活性组分(茶氨酸、茶多酚等)的功效、生物合成及作用机制。
