个人简介

  1996年毕业于复旦大学,医学学士;1996年7月-1999年7月任青岛大学医学院附属医院住院医师;2004年中科院上海生命科学研究院发育生物学专业毕业,博士;2004年9月-2007年8月任英国巴斯大学(University of Bath)博士后研究员(Research Officer);2007年10月-2011年6月任美国明尼苏达大学Research Associate; 2011年6月起任明尼苏达大学遗传细胞生物学与发育系(GCD)Assistant Professor; 2013年10月起任同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授。20201月起任教育部脊柱脊髓损伤修复与再生重点实验室(同济大学)研究员


研究领域(具体内容)

实验室研究方向为器官再生机理及诱导哺乳动物器官再生的途径。

主要研究内容为爪蛙、蝾螈与小鼠动物器官再生的细胞及分子生物学、表观遗传及代谢调控机制。此外,实验室亦致力于利用诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)探讨多能前体细胞移植在器官损伤修复与再生中的应用前景。实验室已建立了三维培养诱导类肢芽器官及获取肢芽前体细胞、通过移植含有胚胎肢芽前体细胞和生长因子组合的凝胶纤维蛋白骨架(fibrin scaffold)建立了诱导断肢再生的技术方法,可以促进小鼠断趾再生

实验室现已毕业研究生5人(至2020年)。其中3人获得上海市优秀毕业生称号(201820192020届),1人获同济大学优秀毕业生称号(2017届)。
