个人简介:
魏珂,同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授,附属东方医院心脏病全国重点实验室特聘研究员。本科毕业于清华大学生物科学与技术系,于美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校分子细胞综合生理专业获得博士学位,后在美国桑福德伯纳姆普利贝司医学研究所进行博士后科学研究。入选国家高层次人才青年项目,主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金项目及科技部重点研发项目。主要研究方向为心脏发育与再生,通过基于干细胞来源心肌细胞的体外高内涵筛选和体内发育和心脏疾病模型,发现了调控心肌细胞成熟与增殖,肥大与萎缩等多种表型转换的新机制;为开发治疗心脏疾病、促进心脏再生的药物提供了新的方向。发表SCI论文40余篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表包括Nature, Circulation, Cell Research, Cardiovasc Res, Protein & Cell在内的论文20余篇,并获得两项美国专利授权。
