个人简介:
朱融融教授,长聘特聘教授、国家杰青、博士生导师,任教育部脊柱脊髓损伤再生修复重点实验室常务副主任、中国神经科学学会神经发育与再生分会副主任委员、中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专业委员会神经保护学组副主任委员、上海市衰老与退行性疾病学会衰老与认知障碍分会副主任委员、Fundamental Research、Exploration等国际学术期刊编委。已主持国家、省部级项目10余项。获上海市自然科学奖一等奖、上海市巾帼创新新秀、上海青年科技英才、上海市晨光学者、中国康复医学会科学技术奖一等奖、华夏医学科技奖一等奖、上海医学科技奖成果推广奖等荣誉及奖项。
聚焦生物材料与再生修复研究,已取得多项成果:(1)原创构建干细胞命运预测智能系统DeepScreen,赋能新型生物材料研发;(2)研制系列层状活性材料调控干细胞自我更新与分化,揭示“材料-膜受体-细胞命运调控”关键机制;(3)多组学解析脊髓损伤时空病理机制,提出跨胶质/纤维瘢痕实现轴突再生新靶点;(4)开发新型神经支架、工程化脊髓类器官等实现脊髓损伤修复。
课题组近年来在Nature Biomedical Engineering、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Science、ACS Nano、Research、Biomaterials等国内外权威期刊论文发表论文100余篇,授权美国专利2项,中国发明专利15项。
