Research Description:
1. Structure and function of enzyme: enzyme activity assay, gene expression, isolation and purification, crystallographic structural analysis, molecule modification and immobipzation of enzyme
2. Microbiology and fermentation: mainly focusing on microbial breeding, functional gene cloning and expression as well as microbial metabopsm regulation.
3. Synthesis, function and mechanism of natural active substance: mainly concentrating on synthesis, function and mechanism of natural active substance which has pharmacological effect in tea.
4. Preparation and apppcation of biological nanomaterial: doing research on strengthening therapeutic effect of drugs by nanomaterial and degradation of environmental pollutants.
