研究方向

中国慢性病患者超2.6亿,发病率上升呈现年轻化趋势。肝肾疾病是威胁人体健康的危重疾病,具有发生率高、危害大等特点。本实验室利用条件性基因敲除小鼠为模型,发现和鉴定调控肝肾疾病发生的敏感基因,研究调控肝肾疾病发生的分子细胞机制。针对肝肾疾病发生的机制和特点,筛选可提高肝肾功能、抑制病理发生的天然药物,以及可直接干预肝肾疾病的天然药物。
