二、科研方向:泛素化修饰与疾病细胞信号传导:
 
(一)  肿瘤信号传导:以分子、细胞及基因敲除小鼠为模型为研究手段,深入研究泛素化修饰及蛋白降解调控肿瘤发生、发展、转移及肿瘤干细胞中关键蛋白及信号通路的分子机制。
(二)  炎症信号传导:泛素化修饰参与调控天然免疫:炎性细胞如中性粒细胞发生定向迁移的分子机制;泛素化修饰调控宿主防御的分子机制;炎症相关重大疾病。
(三) 干细胞信号传导: 研究泛素化修饰系统对胚胎干细胞和肿瘤干细胞功能的调控。
(四) 药物筛选: 基于泛素化修饰系统的药物筛选。
