个人简介

    1997年本科毕业于清华大学生物系,2003年在美国Washington University in St. Louis获得博士学位(发育生物学),后在University of California, Berkeley从事博士后研究,主要利用一种新的模式动物海鞘研究脊索动物早期胚胎发育的分子调控跟非编码RNA的生物学功能。

研究领域(具体内容):

表观遗传学,高通量测序,进化比较表观遗传学

1. 用高通量测序方法研究染色质高级构象对基因表达的调控,主要关注胚胎和干细胞发育过程中DNA成环,启动子—增强子相互作用等染色质三维结构与基因表达的关系

2. 早期胚胎发育中表观遗传信息的传递与调控。主要研究海鞘早期胚胎发育中DNA甲基化、组蛋白甲基化等表观遗传信息在组织分化和基因表达中的作用。

3. 在非模式生物中预测长非编码RNA,用基因网络方法预测并研究其功能。
