                     1. 研究表观遗传调控因子(组蛋白修饰,非编码RNA,DNA甲基化,)在肺癌等癌症中发生,发展,和转移                            过程中的分子机制;

                      2. 研究肿瘤细胞对靶向药物或其他药物耐药的分子机制;
                      3. 筛选新的肺癌相关的驱动基因突变和作用机制,开发新的个体化诊疗的生物标记物。

个人简介:

     1992年毕业于上海医科大学,获学士学位。2000年毕业于美国德州大学奥斯丁分校(University of Texas, Austin), 获生物科学博士学位。2000年-2004年在加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF)从事与艾滋病病毒相关的基因转录调控机理的博士后研究工作。2004年-2008年在斯坦福大学(Stanford University)从事表观遗传,癌细胞基因组,细胞核重组和胚胎干细胞分化的研究工作。2008年-2011年在美国生物高科技公司illumina从事高通量DNA测序技术的研发工作,参与开发世界领先的低误码率, 高速, 以及高信息量的测序试剂。2011年12月起任同济大学转化医学高等研究院研究员。
